Suddenly both my email and internet connections were lost. After multiple calls to Cox and a visit from one of their technicians, it was established that my router was bad. I purchased a new router that same evening and was promised installation the next day. By 4pm the following day, there was no sight nor sound of the installer. I called Ryan, explained my situation. He said he could come to the house at 6:30pm! He called at 6:30pm, saying he was running a few minutes late. Two hours later the router was installed, my email, which had some obscure problem, was up and working. Ryan is extremely professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
I’ve been going to Ryan for my computer repairs for years when I lived in East County. The service is always impeccable, and reliable. Iย recently moved North up off the 15 and called two other computer repair companies and they never returned my phone call. So, I called back TechIT and they picked up and made an appointment right then and there. Keep up the great service! To my surprise they pick up and drop off. No need to go to find someone else to do the job.

You people are going to love this computer tech. He’s a hands on guy who will fix your stuff and you don’t have to take it in to a shop. He will work right there in your home or office. He is very knowledgeable and personable, too. He will talk to you and explain things to you. I will never go back into a shop.
